Mainland Propert Question

Hello,
I own some mainland in trapeti and even though i have unchecked create object for all residents and groups, unchecked same for object entry and scripts, some people keep rezzing objects on my property. I have unchecked public entry to my property except those on the allow list and have banned people who rezz stuff on my land with out my approval.

My question is if all of the options i mentioned are disabled to all residents, how are they still rezzing stuff on my land?? Is there something enable that i dont see?

I too have had difficulty with this for the last week or so. Just does not make sense. Used to work.

Perhaps there is a Jirra for it?

Are you actually watching people rez new prims on your land? Or, are you finding prims left behind from other people? If people are rezzing things on no-build land, that's a bug (submit a ticket). Otherwise, it may be people using vehicles (I believe you can still drive onto no-build/no-script land).

I don't know the details, but it's not necessarily people trying to screw with you. SL™ is very quirky when it comes to vehicles. You get dumped crossing sim borders, running into ban lines, running into security scripts, and sometimes for no apparent reason. Then the vehicle travels on by itself and it's basically impossible for the owner to know where it ended up until it gets returned.

Ultimately, your answer may be to use auto-return and perhaps learn about groups and group-deeded items if you need multiple people to be able to build/have prims on your land.

I've recently noticed a similar problem on my mainland plot. A plot I've "owned" for over two years just the other day started requiring me to put on my land group tag to rezz anything..........never had to do that until very recently. I suppose it will clear up soon.

im finding prims left over from other people. I just set the auto return on the plot. I have not seen anyone rez anything but the items left behind are not from planes or any vehicles that i have seen.

I will see how the auto return feature works. worst case, i will open a ticket on it.

You are not alone! The same exact thing has just happened to me. The weird thing is that my alt, who is also an owner of the group, does not have to wear a tag to rezz objects - only me, Jake, my "main" guy needs to wear a group tag to rezz stuff...
