Why is that every time I want to edit a prim, the Edit box appears right over it, and I have then have to move it out of the way so I can see the prim again??
Why can't they just make the Edit box always appear either to the left or right of the prim being edited?
It's the small things....

Mine always appears wherever the last place I had put it was....I usually keep it in the upper left corner when I'm working. I don't know if there is a snap in place option or not, I've never seen it. Comb through all the preferences and options maybe. Good luck.

might depend on what viewer you use.
old standard never did this. nicholaz doesnt do this.
windlight standard doesnt do this. nicholaz eye candy doesn't do this.
dazzle on the beta grid doesn't do this (it is even more annoying with even more things :X)
mine always appear on the upper left.

Hmmm....I use the regular viewer....latest version.....edit box always appears where I last put it....not really a big deal moving it. It is kinda of a pain...but in the grand scheme of things...hardly an unsolvable issue.  |

Because LL won't make a sleek horizontally oriented property bar that can stay open all the time without being in the way.

the thing i hate is when i go to move something the box disappears then let off the mouse button it comes back..i hate typing the math on every little thing hehehe..maybe it's my viewer.
