This is looking more and more like a 'survey' using indvidual forum threads. Very sneaky! lol

Do you actually have a question pertaining to SL? Technically that's what 'resident answers' is for.....but then again....we get away with 'The Friday Thread' every week so.... :p

Huh? Survey??????
Honestly, this was only a thread opened solely for sharing purpose, as i love to find new interesting sites myself, i thought other ppl might like that too. If u actually saw those i posted, you can see that one was a site with marketing tips for sl business owners and the others were only fun info sites with nothing to do with me.

I am in show biz In rl and i dont know what i can do with a so-called "survey" like this and i am sorry if this was not the right forum for this topic, but i thought it was pretty sl-related in a sense.

I dont blame you for being so cautious about posts here due to all the scammers, but aren't we getting a bit overly sensitive here?

there's enough people around in general who would use the information for nefarious purposes to be wary.

I saw a version of this happen over at xsl around 6ish (I think) months ago and it was uncomfortable to watch. The various posts asked where people lived, what their jobs were, income range, ages, pets and a whole manner of things. It did stop short at social security numbers and postcodes but still...

and I didn't think anyone in the industry called it "show biz" anymore? (that's cynic hat slipping back on again)

Lewrockwell.com
Striketheroot.com
theagitator.com
antiwar.com
counterpunch.com
popehat.com
fredoneverything.net
giantitp.com
vinsuprynowicz.com

Some of those " .com" might be ".net" But I have them all bookmarked so not real sure off the top of my head.

And a couple more that are NSFW and show I am a dirty old man. :D

hO wEAr for the freebie

My Gazebo to see what the neighbors are up to or if that land flipper across the way has removed his ban lines and put it up for sale yet...

FABGlitter for dancing - but I've been away since I bought my own plot.

Used to frequent Wet Kitty and the Box all the time, and still do when bored, but everybody there just IMs and there's no open chat...

Used to visit Zindra daily, on random TP mode, but I got sick of the place, which frustrates me, because I want the kind of content it could offer if the business over there would just take a semester of design school...

I don't mind sayin' I'm in several other forums, a classical music forum, a progressive rock forum, I SHOULD be on an illustrator's forum I belong to, but that's too much like work. I'm a Youtube fanatic, and now I'm on Facebook, but so what? That probably describes a lot of people.

Not giving any links though.

Spyware pays to gather the same type of data, so there are other reasons than curiosity someone might ask. But most of all, most people here seem tired of being questioned/surveyed/studied all the time.

I'm not saying it's why you asked. But I will say that this forum gets more people wanting to 'study' us than any other forum I've ever known of. It does make you feel like you should be growing whiskers and eating cheese, after a while.
