Region issues

I noticed that certain regions are inaccessible. They seem online, but you can't enter or TP in. Also, you only see some of the objects rezzed within the region and cannot access parcel data. I suspect that this is somehow linked to the currently ongoing rolling restart.

I'm opening support tickets where I notice that behaviour but there is nothing on the blog as of now.

Am I the only one impacted or is anybody else noticing these problems?

Not sure about not seeing part of the stuff from adjacent sims, but there is a current issue that has screwed up the "Allowed Groups" lists for non-Public Estates...
