It says that I will receive 500L for scaning 250 people, how do I scan people?

Possibly it would make more sense to ask someone on the scene, or to determine the owner of "it", or the parcel owner and ask them.

Failing that, identifying "it", and where "it" was, might streamline the answering process.

Twinkboy, since you have asked questions about multiple objects in SecondLife without being specific... this is a piece of information you might need.

Objects in SecondLife are created by individual Residents. Except for what is included in the Library section of your Inventory... these objects are not provided with the game or by Linden Labs. So if you need information about one of them your best option is to contact the resident that created it.. or contact the person that gave it to you.

We can help with some things as we have them ourselves, but you need to be specific about the objects name and what it does or is suppose to do.

Twink, you seem to be determined to find every scam and "gotcha" object and situation in Second Life.

Maybe if you stopped trying to find "money for nothing" you would have better luck at this whole Second Life thing...

I got him to give me a copy of the object, which I checked out and ARd.
The script is no-mod so I don't know what it REALLY did, and the object
seemed to be damaged or buggy. It was claiming to "scan" people
(presumably to collect information for some database of who has been
seen where and avi/name correspondance), and would pay you for this.
Anyway, it also claims to be affiliated with secondlifey.com, which looks
like some kind of trademark-violating scammer site, probably.
