Phantom avi on land?

Could anyone offer some advice on a avi we have on our neighbours land. She has been there for a few days now....at first I tried talking to her but nothing and then on closer inspection she is phantom...can't move her, tried im'ing her, can't eject her nothing works. A bot maybe? Who knows....any advice gratefully received...Thanks in advance  Amisha |

Decorate her and take lots of pics?
Maybe pay her 1L$ and see if it releases her.

Putting in a ticket for a sim restart will fix it, but that can take forever sometimes. Easiest way is to TP that resident back to where their phantom is stuck.

Sim restart got rid of her, guess she just got stuck. Was kinda eerie. lol |

Thanks guys....  we`ve tried paying her and have filed for a restart...guess we are stuck with her for a while "Decorate her and take lots of pics?" She does look a bit underdressed for winter so maybe  But I gotta agree with Treasure it is kind of eerie! |

Guess I have to wait for a restarted. Updated my support issue with a request to update the status as Lindens appear to have taken no action whatsoever.
Lindens get what I consider a nice sum from me every month so I'm not sure why they dont at least reply. A bit miffed really.
But I appreciate everyone's help with this. That alone makes me feel better.

You could try to Orbit her, but if you have already tried moving her and she doesn't even move, then it might not do anything.

Is there a problem with the session timeout?
I see these people more and more often. Just permanently falling to the ground in grey avi's with sometimes one piece of clothing rezzed, but they stay there for days until they suddenly disappear..
I have no clue what causes this.
