How come when your wearing a HUD you can only click on the head of the arrows to adjust the HUD up and down and side ways? When your building it doesn't matter which part of the arrow your clicking on to move the prim.

I think it is because most of them are multiple pieces and when it is adjusted attached your generally adjusting the whole thing. Have you tried clicking on edit linked pieces?

What's editing the whole thing got to do with anything? I have it going on with single-prim huds too.

It's a bug. Something that appeared some months ago.. but since the workaround was so trivial, I've never felt the need to write a jira for it. If you put one up, I'll vote for it, cause It is a bit counterintuitive.
