i have posted this in the tech section, hoping for some help. i'm posting it here too in case someone else may have had this problem and can offer advice.
For some reason lately when i look at some items, one side is turned around backward. For instance on shoes with prim feet. When i wear them or look at them on other people, one foot is facing backward. Today i bought an outfit with prim parts. On the bra part (shirt) one cup is facing backward. Only on one outfit and i bought 5 different ones. The others all appear correctly to me but that one shows incorrectly. I can't just turn the part around as the shape would be wrong then.
i also wonder how it would look to other people if i did. What is going on with me and how can i fix it? Please help, it's very frustrating!

Are you using an older viewer, something previous to 1.20? 1.21 added a mirror option and that could be your problem -- see this:

First step would be to ask others to see how this parts look to them, then you'll know the problem is on your side or not.

It is the older client thing- happened to me and it has been explained to me recently. There is no solution other than upgrade the client. Other wise builders wd have to go back to how ever they constructed before the mirror was introduced, if i understand it correctly.

ahhh ok, thank you all for the help. i am using 1.20.17 viewer because 1.21 viewers gave me problems. Others see the objects fine i'm told, it's just me. So the only solution is a newer viewer, ick. Guess i'll live with it
