Ok i am a designer, a well know one . For the past two days I have been having a weird SL Bug. the slide rulers dont work .i make sexy shorts with stocking load the templet then make sorts and stockings. the slide ruler don't work so i end up with shorts with stocking. ugh. is this a SL bug or is there a away i can fix this? and had this Happen to anyone?

if you mean the sliders, that you use to adjust the length of pants and such

Sounds like when I am not sure where to end the underwear lines and went down to low down the leg.
I am still learning and sometimes it hard to see where things are in 3d if you're just using the 2d version of uv template and even then for example Men's briefs or jockstraps I keep getting fabric stuck in-between the thighs.
How many times have you done this before? I have been working with clothing templates at least for six months or longer, and it takes lots of practice, I make lot of mistakes.
I suggest you upload the underwear and stocking layer separately texture wise and see what happens.
That way if the underwear is too long for legs, or the stocking is up too high up in waist area you can still shorten in the sliders.
