How do I make a prim that can only be seen from one side?

I'm sure this is a really easy thing to do, but I can't figure it out...

Bascially I have a new neighbour whose built a really ugly shopping centre with huge flashing lights - ugh. He's creating an incredible amout of lag so I'll be moving in a few weeks, but for now, I want to block this ugly creation from my view...

I want to make a screen that can only be seen from my side - so as not to block any of my neighbours view.
I've seen this done before, can someone walk me through it?

Thanks,

Take a prim... get it to the size you want (sounds like 10x10x0.01 or something) then set an all clear texture to all sides (I will drop one in your profile once I've typed this).

Then in edit menu click on "select texture", click on the side you want your picture to be on and then select the image. Only that side will have the image, all other sides will be invisible.

If you don't use the all clear texture you can only go down to 10% transparency which will leave a ghost looking wall.

Oh.. and make the whole thing phantom so peeps don't fly into it!

When you do this it helps to keep the edit window open at all times, cmd-3 (for macs anyway)
