Prim count of an object containing other objects?

If I put a 10 prim object into a 1 prim cube and drop it, does it increase the land's prim count by 1 or 11?

You don't actually put objects into other objects. You only put a pointer to the object there, and not the object itself. In fact an object's Content is its inventory, just like our inventories.
