I forgot my password, and my email is no longer valid (I am using another account to send this message). There is an option for this situation: a link that says "Email no longer active". I click in this option and they show me 4 options: What is your pet's name? The first name of 3 friends in SL. Last billed amount, or SL Home location. I answer any of this questions and nothing happens. I just go back to the initial page. What can I do? I tried a program that shows the password behind the **** (because my password is saved, so I can still login), but it not work with Second Life client program. Can somebody help me?

Are you clicking the radio button to select one of the security questions before you answer?

I resolved the problem. I was using Opera browser, and I think it not works with it. But I tried with Mozilla and worked. Thank you for your attention.
