my avatar stuck inworld help

Hey there

This happens alot to me...i often get stuck inworld and i cant log back in. So what i usually do is log in as my alt and send Annisha countless numbers of IMs and that usually logs her out. However tonight it just isnt having any effect whatsoever. Ive sent so many IMs that my IMs are probably capped now. Its terribly frustrating bc my av is standing right in front of her store and if customers come in and say hello to her.obviusly she wont be able to answer. Not good for buisness im afraid grrrrrrrr.

The other annoying thing is each time i try to log in i get a msg stating "your account wont be available untill 6.31 eastern time" Ok i figure thats 2 minutes away. So i wait 2 mins..then the time has moved forward to 6.37 eastern tme grrrrrrr. So is there any other ways to kick her out??? I cant get anyone to kill her or orbit her bc my land is set to no damage.

Tried paying you a dollar but it still shows you online. File a ticket, the problem may be with the sim and not you.

Yes i beleive it could be the sim because when i logged on as the alt traffic on the sim said 0 when only 10 mins before it was 600. I just spoke to someone on live chat so they said they will restart the sim for me.
