I have been to this place once. Kind of reminds me of an outdoor mall, sort of Neko style stores mostly. There are many store here, an upper and lower floor sort of in a circular shape with like a wooden platform all the way around. I also think there might have been a tree in the center with maybe a tire swing on it and maybe a Neko poseball or two. The stores here were really awesome. Like a said mostly Neko, a tattoo store or two, maybe some urban or Goth stores i don't quite remember but i would like to visit this place again if anyone knows what i am talking about.
