Waiting for region handshake?

Anyone else having trouble logging in? I get as far as "waiting for region handshake" and then I get the "we're having trouble connecting... message." It is the same if I try to log into another region instead.

Anyone else having this problem? Is it widespread outage? The login page indicates that there are 61K people logged in, but I don't know if it is true or not.

I keep getting handshake stuff then I get logged in and have no groups and land not mine sooooo I log out again and AGAIN get the waiting on handshake. Get back in and attempt to tp somewhere and get booted out. It is getting really old. Pay good money for premium account and cant get in!!!!!!!
