OK, i understand this whole.. TO DAMN BAD THING.. an honestly NO i dont take it lightly.. i lost money in the GINKO BANK THING, an im told that the MAIN PROBLEM is the amount of transfers an the fact they dont have time (more or less) for that. HERES WHERE I COME IN... i am willing to do this PRO-BONO. I will take the transfers made to this Nicholas Portocarrero from thE time GINKO opened to the time it CRASHED.. an sort it out all nice an pretty for LINDEN LABS so that they SEE the ORIGINAL DEPOSITS, an then REFUND US OUR MONEY BACK!! Seriously I can do this an WILL if allowed. I missed all the anouncements about this.. an the simple fact i DID NOT have high speed for almost 2 years is another reason I lost my money. If the rate was L300 to $1(usd) he left with in the area of $530,000 (USD).
AND THATS BULL!! ..LESSON LEARNED.. I DONT THINK SO.. more like if you cheat people you get to walk away with a nice chunk of change, an noone will come after you for it.
SO I BEG OF YOU ALLOW ME TO DO THIS. IF LINDEN'S WONT DO IT.. LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT.. AN I WILL.. THANK YOU

If I am reading you right you are intending of making a list of all the deposits into Ginko and giving it to Linden Labs?
Hoping they will make good on those deposits (and possibly interest?)

Right. Step 1 seems to be for LL to produce all the records of Ginko transactions so that the OP can... uh... present all the records of Ginko transactions to LL.
Then in Step 2, the depositors get their money refunded by somebody who never had it.
It's like a plan, see? Step 1, followed by Step 2.
