I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand I'd love to see people who are able to manipulate the system illegally be punished, on the other hand I think those in law enforcement have much more important things to be dealing with.

Crime is still crime... and if you were on the losing end in something like this I'm sure you'd want those responsible bought to justice too.

When it's just "play money" it's one thing, but with this case of several thousand dollars, and things like Stroker's case on the sexgen beds (although I dislike the product, I respect his right to protect his creation) you aren't talking about chump change you can just put down to experience and move on with.

I agree, that's why I said my feelings were mixed. I think I'm more concerned about the whole new world that will be opening up. Not just object theft, but copyright infringement, regulating agencies, etc. I know it's going to get more complicated as the years go on and I'm already saddened at losing the simplicity of it all.

I guess we're learning that anarchy doesn't work. It's as I expected, but I'm still disappointed.

It was wrong in terms of what happened (virtual weapon) but......in WoW I have two pretty unique weapons too ( an enchanted The Oathkeeper and The Timbermall trinklet) it took a lot of effort to get them and I also would be cross if they got lost
