Hello,
I have a small shop and the owner of a shop right next to mine has a script in it which hands out a notecard to everyone who enters a certain radius. Well, often his card ends up being handed out to customers who enter MY store. I've asked him to remove it, but with no response. I own the land on which my store sits. Is there anything I can do to stop his notecard from being auto handed out to MY customers in MY store?
Thanks!

Some folk don't login for days at a time. Fingers crossed they'll turn up and remedy the problem. I'm no expert but if you own the land or are ok with the land owner, turning off scripts might be a temporary stopgap.

Fly-by or accidental notecard dispensers used to be against the rules so you could abuse report it; I wouldn't expect much from this. The neighbor merchant could alter the notecard giver to only those on the other parcel, but may be absentee, unable to modify the script, or doesn't care. Sending the other merchant IMs may get lost, if you want to make one last try at friendly resolution, send a notecard to him with the request; they are slightly more reliable than IMs. Beyond that, there isn't much you can do except move or wait for him to. I'm pretty sure "no scripts" won't work as the script is running on a parcel you don't control.

Drop the owner a nice polite notecard and if you don't get a response within a week, then AR it. I hate when I enter a shop and wind up getting 'spam' from a totally different store.
