Does anyone know how I can submit a seasonal photo for Halloween to LL for the viewer splashscreen?
I've looked everywhere and can't find out where those photos come from.

Torley takes the usual shots. His in-world IM and inventory get bogged, but you could ask about it on his web thing.

Linden Lab does not currently take Resident submissions for the viewer splash screen, but instead relies of Torley Linden as well as their own PR photo collection.
