Buying land on Ursula?

I searched the forum and the blogs but really couldn't find anything pertaining to it directly as far as buying land on it. Anyone have a link or information on it? I'd like to buy me up some land on it but not sure of the how and whys to Ursula. As far as buying/renting etc etc etc. Thank you  |

Nothing is for sale there yet, it won't be for at least a few more weeks. Parcels that _have_ to move are surely going to be situated before it can become a free-for-all, because LL is going with a plan to reserve parcels and do a multiple choice kind of thing.
If you want to get in early, grab some mainland and open up a big ol' sex club.

Why would anybody trust the Linden's on that anymore? Buying new land? You must be crazy.

Hate to say it but as much as I'm against this Adult Content thing I do however see the potential of Ursula as far as land owning on it. And yes I sort of figured they were going to operate it a bit differently than a normal island but just wanted the 411 on it. Thank you though for the information |

Thank you though for the information Jack has said that after all the free land swaps are done sometime June/July then the rest will be opened up for the speculators via auction and that based on the dates they have made available i would imagine end of July, beginning of August have your money ready and expect some hefty prices over normal mainland prices, i would imagine around Nautilus, Bay city prices if not more.
