I'm wondering if there is such a thing as a bot that could join a bunch of groups running an alt account and forward all the group chat to your main account.
I join groups that are made specifically for group chat and how much chat do I see? None. To get a reliable stream of chat in groups other than Mental Mentors or sometimes Scripters of SL seems impossible. It would be nice to use an alt to be able monitor groups that only chat sporadically and leave your main accounts group slots for other purposes.

I'm going to create a million alts and put on in every sim. That way I won't miss anything.

From: SuezanneC Baskerville I'm wondering if there is such a thing as a bot that could join a bunch of groups running an alt account and forward all the group chat to your main account. It's an interesting idea and pretty simple to create. All my bots forward IMs and group chat to me. The tricky part for regular people who don't have servers running 24/7 would be keeping the bot online all the time. Also, of course, it would be difficult to reply to conversation you'd only be able to listen to it. I suppose if the group is open access then you could temporarily join to send a reply or join the conversation. Or the bot could send invites, hmm.
