I downloaded the new verison and now my camera swings in motion if i turn left it keeps turning left and don't stop or if I turn right it does the same thing keeps going how do I adjust this or can I get the old download back because I cannot find the download I had before updating to this new one.

Preferences, Input and Camera, move Camera Smoothing closer to 0.

Disable your camera constraints. Hm, not in front of SL right now, but I think it's on the Advanced menu (do ctrl-alt-D to bring that up). You check the item "Disable Camera Restraints".
