How long does it take for a response to a ticket usually, I've been waiting on one with great anticipation since last night. Not that long I know but I just really need to read the response.

Sorta depends on what the ticket is about and how easy/hard it is for them to address.
A good friend of mine, a conceirge resident, has been waiting for a response since early March. Other times, they get answered almost right away. _____________________

What the hell is the point of having a ticket thing if they cant even get to your submission. how many tickets have they got to deal with, with a limited number of staff Each ticket is given a rating based on what type of ticket (sim down, harassment, etc) They go through them as fast as possible. And then there is the fact there may not be enough information in the ticket for them to act on it in any way. (no snapshot included, nothing but filling out the top fields... and nothing in the description) _____________________

From the few tickets I had with our Lindens, I learned that indeed it is not to say how long solving takes. Very much depends on how much work is involved.
My last ticket (about whether NPIOF accounts picks counted for Search All results) was "solved" within a day. After I re-opened because I was not happy with the answer, it took a few weeks. Worth the waiting, because this time they actually did some research. So if you are in a hurry, use Live Chat. If you are not in a hurry, open a ticket and wait They are doing not too bad in my opinion, up to now I have been rather pleased with the support._____________________
