The quote on the SL web site. We have a ticket that hasn't been responded to since Nov 23. We called the concierge phone number numerous times, the last time he said he would make it a point to take care of the ticket right away, it's been 3 days since that call.
Am I missing something here? Am I not supposed to get a higher level of service with our monthly bill of $195.00.
Because of the lack of service, we are seriously doubting if we want to stay at that level, just sell our land and move on to become the beach bums we are.
If by chance, any Linden is reading this, the concierge-level account is in my SL wife's name.

Yeah you got a higher level of service then most other people. They at least said they'll take care of it  And probably will.. eventually. LL's customer service is shit and there is really nothing you can do about it.

I used the live chat system twice last week and had my answer within less than a minute the first time and two minutes the second time.

I've always had positive experiences with Concierge support. This doesn't mean you don't have to keep on them, but that's the same with all corporations. The squeaky wheel gets the oil. If you've called twice, call a third time. And a forth.
Anyway, even if they look into a matter, it doesn't necesarily mean you will get your way on it. LL has its own agenda and they will pursue it, regardless of resident wishes. This said, when it is a doable thing that doesn't conflict with their plans, they usually do it for concierge clients.

I'd follow up with a phone call again. I have no luck with the live chat, and have never been able to get through on that, however concierge phone assistance has been stellar.

When I need something doing, I generally open a ticket, then follow it up with a chat request. Point them at the ticket, that way it's both documented and fairly rapid.

Live chat is best way to resolve an issue by far. I have had tickets go for months before resolution. (which of course was already done by then). I have used Live Chat 3 times last month and everytime it was very fast. (minutes)
