Should there be places to sit at Busy Ben's vehicle store?

I was at Busy Ben's, the ancient vehicle store in Oak Grove, recently and noticed there doesn't seem to be any places to sit down.

Would it be good to have some seats there?

I believe there are some seats near the trailer, in the northwest corner of the parcel. I could be wrong. IMO, Busy Ben's needs a bit of work. :-)

In that case, the former Ben Linden, now retired. Ben's is now under the management of Mia Linden.

I just noticed the sign that says there are 15 slots open.

And four spaces at New Port Yacht Sales.

I do not see the rental boxes the sign mentions, though.

I was thinking it might be good to have some things there to make hanging out there more pleasant, properly placed chairs for chatting, I'm not sure exactly what.

How long do the rentals last?

Are the empty spaces ones that people claimed, because the ones not claimed in the lottery were free, so why not, but unused, since they were free, and thus claimed by those with no use for them?

Six month rental - and it's about at the end of the rental period now. Should be a new lottery soon, I think. And yes, a lot of people claimed spots with no plans on how to use. I recall talking to some lucky winners last time.

I do not see why.

Busy Ben's has always been a launching off point - buy a vehicle and go, or rez a vehicle and go...

Do people hang around there now enough to warrant chairs?

Make sure its scripted to move in water or on land - or both - so it passes as a vehicle. :D

Oh, it is, I crafted it on the side for some other project. Finetuning the vehiclescript was a pain though, and I'm still not satisfied, lol.
