Hey all..jsut got a new computer today and omg what a difference a fast computer makes to SL....NO LAG!!!! And the detail in sl is absolutely beautiful..its like being on an acid trip when i look around the worlds there lol. However one thing that seems to have changed is my partners skin. She has white goth skin but since i got this new computer she has red blotches on her face.... I still love her but i would like to take away those colours lol. Does anyone know how to fix this?? Its quite strange that there is so much detail in everthing and all the colours and details are amzing but somehow it effects my partner. Is there anything i need to adjust in preferences?? Thankyou

It's possible the problem is on your partner's system. SL bakes each user's skin on their system, then uploads the baked image and sends that out to others in viewing range.
It can't hurt to clear your cache, which is in Preferences, Network, and restart SL.

Your partner might also have a poorly-made skin. Just sayin'. Ask her to try on different ones and see what happens.
