Are GPB yields being paid for the average of the month before or for the current month?
I want to figure out if the next payment is due a month ahead or month after. It looked like a month ahead, like the next payment would be on Nov 1, but is it actually in December?

Hey... here's an idea... ask the guy who issued the bonds. I know, it's a far-fetched idea, asking the person who issued them as that will get in the way of endless speculation and mental masturbation but he seems to be the most likely person as... he issued the bonds.

Do you think he'll reply? I figured maybe someone who has received a payment would know. I looked on the report and the period (to, from) for each payment is set to the same day as the payment. https://www.wselive.com/research/dividends/256

Original GPB investors makes 4 times as much yeild as the converted depositers. For example, an investor spent L$10,000 to buy GPBs, they received ~400 based on the initial value of L$25. Those split 1:100 to make 40,000 bonds. Depositer had the assets converted 1:1 for bonds after the split, so one who had L$10,000 in assets now have 10,000 bonds. Each bond yields 1 cent per month paid quarterly. Investors received 4 times the amount in yields due to the split than what depositers make. I wanted to find a bit more facts to be accurate about this, note my original question. Currently, based on yields, for each bond depositors hold, it is worth 2 cents. Investors make 4 times as much in yields than the depositors, so that would be 8 cents each. Coincendently, the current market value is around 8 cents.

Investors make 4 times as much in yields than the depositors, so that would be 8 cents each. Here's some accuracy: People paid a lot of money into a scheme, in hope of returns. Regardless of the lawful (or otherwise!) nature of said scheme, the whole thing collapsed like a house of cards. New rules were made up, and there is exactly as much accountability to those new rules as there was before. This is why it's all so laughable. There was never a bank, just something called a bank. And these aren't bonds, either.

From: Dzonatas Sol That's if it is based on July's payment? Oh crap. I bet the first payment is due Nov 1, not Oct 1. The last payment was Aug 1, and the frequency changed to "quarterly"--but I bet not calendar quarters like the rest of the known universe, but quarters starting Aug 1.

If the frequency can change, then it's not really 'due', now is it? 'Due' implies that it is, well... actually due.

Looks like it will bottom out at 6.6 cents today. I would say this would have greater performance to get up to 10-11 cents in the next day come back, but the comission cuts into that movement. It begs the question if annuities on the market should not have 3% go to the house, like maybe only 1.5% instead. That is if it really affects performance. Then again, WSEs stake in in GPB might divert some of that commission right back into yields.

Actually the real question all this SL finance stuff begs is how legal it all is. I wonder if one of the actual lawyers who read these forums would have a guess. If instead of L$ it was US$ are all these privately traded securities legal? I do not think any of these institutions are at all insured, nor report interest paid to investors for tax purposes. As weve seen with the gambling issue - Just calling it a fake currency does not necessarily mean you can avoid legal requirements.
