We want to know your concerns about vaccinating your children.
In light of recent concerns about childhood immunization made mainstream by popular media outlets and celebrities like Jenny McCarthy, we are conducting research at the University of Toronto and the Centre For Innovation In Complex Care (CICC) to understand your concerns and questions about childhood immunization.

OK, this is a viable RL survey, but I'm not sure this research question belongs in this particular forum. Others will likely be along shortly to either confirm or refute this.  ETA: Still on first Pepsi of the day...didn't notice the "We will be hosting online events for our study..." at first read.
