1) I purchased 2 problematic items. One I can't properly function. (I guess I need some more thorough directions, which it DID NOT come with.) How do I contact the vendor for assistance? (No one's ever at the store.)
2) Another item- bought, paid and it's not my inventory. I used the search feature and I really never got it. What now?
3) I tried to get back to a sim I had liked and had landmarked and it said I was banned? Why would that be?!
Thanks for any help!!!

1 and 2: in both cases I would contact the seller. Often if you look in their profile, they will have instructions on how to contact them and what information they need in case of a failed transaction. Usually they will request the information be placed on a notecard and sent to them. In the case of #1, maybe just a notecard requesting some instructions on how to use it (or you can tell us what the problem is and maybe we can help figure it out). 3: no idea, sorry. If it was a store, be aware that sometimes stores will shut down a sim temporarily while preparing for a sale or special event. If it wasn't, who knows....the owner might have been offended by something or it might have changed hands. Edit: and Welcome

On the #1 issue you can right click the item while it is still in your inventory and choose "properties". You can see who the creator is from the dialog box that opens. You can search for the person and IM him/her.......or send a notecard (which is sometimes better since IM's could be capped and they will never recieve it).
Issue #2 could be a problem if you can't remember where and/or who you purchased the item from. But before you panic go to your account page on this website and look at your transaction history to see if the purchase is listed........if it is and it's not in your inventory then give a while. I've had items show up a couple hours later. If it doesn't show up and it's listed in the transaction history then you will need to contact the person you bought it from to get a replacement. If it's not in your transaction history then the purchase did not go through so you are not out anything.......go back and buy it again.
Issue #3. I have no idea why that would happen. If you misbehaved that would be a reason........but, from your discrption I don't think that's the case. Maybe you got banned by mistake..........that happens. Or maybe the sim or parcel owner is just grumpy. Try going back in a day or two to see if you are still banned...........if you are then you probably wouldn't like it there anyway.
