Sculptor Roommate Wanted for 1/2 Open Spaces Sim

As you may or may not know I am the sole resident of Artifact, the Open Spaces sim that sits north of Artropolis. Filthy Fluno owns it, but he rents the entire thing to me at cost. He's not a land baron, neither am I. We're both artists. I loved being an Artropolis resident but as a sculptor, I needed space and prims that Artropolis just couldn't provide. I never had enough space or prims so when the Open Spaces sims were opened up earlier this year I approached Filthy and said he'd love having me as a neighbor and neighbor island.

But now with the massive price increase planned I'm pretty sure I can't afford Artifact anymore. The good news is, I don't NEED all of Artifact, just some of it.

So I'm looking for a roommmate.

You'll get half the island, 32,768 sq m., half the prims, which is currently at 3750, so you'll get 1875 prims, and I'll even give you terraforming ability as long as you promise to talk to me about what you are going to do. You'll live right on the North side of Artropolis, currently with water everywhere, so the sunrise and sunsets are always good.

But more importantly, you'll live in next to a thriving artist colony, that alone is priceless.

What does this cost? It costs what the Linden's charge. I'm not out to make a profit. Right now that is $75/month, so you'll pay half of that. It goes up soon to $90/month, I think on January 1. And then then another jump to $125/month in July. Can you get a better deal elsewhere? I doubt it, land barons do it for the money. I'm doing this for art. (I will ask for the rent 2 months in advance, but that's just to keep you from getting too far behind.)

Art, yes, you must be an artist. I prefer a scupltor since, frankly, a 2D artist doesn't need all those prims. I'd rather you use the prims for art, not furniture, but hey, everybody needs furniture, so that's ok. You must also comply with whatever regulations that the Lindens come up with for the new "Homestead" style open spaces sim.

The "For Rent" section is for people looking for land. My guess is that an artist isn't looking for land, so they wouldn't be in there. But when presented with an opportunity, they might think about it.

And yes, the arts are my bailiwick, but they should be supported, just so there is ammunition against the "its all sex and porn" crowd.
