Password troubles

Hello all! I created an avatar for a friend of mine...but it seems that i forgot the password..and it's strange 'cause it was very easy to rember...so.. i try to recreate it, i go to the link to recreate it...and the question is:

Enter the last amount Linden Lab charged to your PayPal or credit card account.

How is it possible???...this av is new...she has no money, she was in world never!!! what can i do?...my friend likes a lot that last name...and i don't want to say to her "I lost your password"

P.s.: luckily her profile is still existing! I've searched it in the people search.

then the last amount would be 0 no? try it. There should be 3 questions you have a choice to answer unless that has changed sine a while back

Well Creating an account from your machine and giving it to someone else is against TOS for one so be careful there.
Did you try using the amount 0?

oh...really?? it's a funny thing! she had not time to create an account..and we live in the same place..so we use the same connection (obviously we are rl friends)...interesting thing..but...i've done it..so...the problem now is the password..i tried with 0.. with 0.00 with all i numebers i can use...the fact is..why they ask me this absurd thing? where's the security question??
P.s.: i tried with "no" too...
