Using Marlin Studio textures purchased from TRU

Have any of you been contacted about this? I just learned from this thread

that someone is SL is telling builders who have used Marlin Studio textures, which they previously purchased from TRU, that they must repurchase them from the licensed vendor here in SL.

where the relevant parties stated that they were not going to go after people who bought and used the textures in good faith, as long as they were not reselling the textures themselves. Look at the posts dated March 7, 2008 12:21 pm and later.
