Ok this might be a dumb question, but heck ill give it a go. I spent the 25$ limit for the day. When does the limit go back to 25$? At 12 AM or what?

24 hour and 30 day limits are computed on a rolling basis.

I assume this means that you will have to wait until 24 hours from the time you made the transaction yesterday.

The day you make your first transaction is considered day 0 and limits don't increase until day 2, so it may be more like 48 hours.

Also, it's not 25USD per day, it's 25USD TOTAL for the first two days (0&1). Similarly, if you've spent 25USD already, you'll only have 75 total available to spend for days 2-7, rather than 100, and so on.
