How long does it take for support ticket to get filled?...ghost prims

I have a ghost prim on my parcel and I sent in a support ticked on the 19th. How long should I wait before I start screaming and cursing at LL for not reacting quick enough.
The support ticket was titled, "Region restart due to ghost prims"
Will they actually look at this and fix my problem?

Yes, they will eventually get to it.
I filed a restart ticket a while back and about 6 weeks and nearly as many rolling restarts later, they looked at my ticket, told me the sim looked fine and restarted it anyway.

If it is a private island ask the owner to do a restart. If you are a concierge level mainland owner, chances are the sim would be restarted very very quickly, i.e. within 24 hours.

I am a mainland owner although, not concierge.
Why do I think that unless I have alot of money invested I am about to get screwed and have to wait forever.

why not try the live help, and ask them to restart it
I have good results with live help

I had some ghost prims. Submitted a ticket in the evening asking for a restart, and it was done when I got up the following morning. Guess I just got lucky.

Maybe it's a bad idea to admit this in public, since technically it was a misuse of the concierge system, but I got a sim restarted for a non-concierge resident a few weeks ago because of a severe ghost prim issue. They used to ask me if I owned the sim in question when I requested help; this time the Linden in concierge chat didn't ask. It only took about 30 seconds of his time anyway, so I figure no harm done, and problem solved.
It's probably a good idea to be super clear and concise in the subject line when you submit the ticket: Ghost prims: Please restart sim "Xxxxxxx Xxx" They could glance at that in their inbox and take care of it very quickly without doing any investigating.

Problem solved. Must have restarted sometime today, although the ticket still says work in progress. Thanks for the help guys.

you can close the ticket yourself, just put a note that it seems to be fixed
