How do you get in touch with Lindenlab?. I've tried everything and a single one of all the email addresses I've found exists anymore. The only thing I want to know is how to purchase Linden dollars for the money in your (useless) US dollar account.

From Your Account page, click on LindeX Exchange, on the left menu. There you'll see a big orange BUY L$ button. Click that. :)

I've already tried that and when I do so, I'm being told it exceeds my daily limit. When I then try to purchase Lindens within the limit, I'm being told that it exceeds my daily limit of depositing US dollars, which means I'm about to make another deposit and not just get Lindens for US dollars, I already have in an account.

Didn't I read that you already have US dollars in your account on another thread?

If you have Linden Dollars in your account already..all you have to do in-world is click on the $ sign at the top right hand of your screen.

But I should be able to get just some Lindens, shouldn't I?. It beats me, that you can't even get in touch with Lindenlab. An online company with no support department what so ever. Jesus.

From the Billing Limits Page:
Notes:

* 24 hour and 30 day limits are computed on a rolling basis.
* The buy limit summarizes and restricts market and limit buy usage of the LindeX exchange.
* The sell limit summarizes and restricts market and limit sell usage of the LindeX exchange.
* The purchase limit summarizes all US$ billing activity that was not fulfilled from a credit on your US$ account balance. The purchase limit restricts all nonrecurring US$ billing activity that can not be fulfilled from a credit on your US$ account balance.
* "Days" in the New Resident limits description refers to days since first billing transaction with Linden Lab.


What this means is that you've exceeded your ROLLING LIMIT. Just wait for 24 hours, and then try again. In the meantime, you don't really need L$ to have fun in SL. There are loads of places to go and loads of free stuff ("freebies";) to pick up.

I have 25 US dollars in my US dollar account, but when I click the $ sign at the top right hand side of the screen, I get this message straight away without doing anything else:

Currency purchase would exceed limits: This transaction would exceed your daily billing limit by US$4.15. You have already billed US$25.00 of your daily billing limit US$25.00.

Well, first of all it makes no sense and second of all, I'm obviously about to make yet another deposit instead of just getting Linden dollars for my money. I don't believe it.

They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The live chat is only available for premium members and I'm not going to upgrade and pay 12 US dollars per month just to get Linden dollars for the 25 US dollars, I've already deposited.

But I did make the long distance phone call anyway and surprise, surprise: The number doesn't exist anymore.

This is so pathetic, it's hilarious. How on Earth did these amateurs manage to start a business in the first place?.

I just got through on both those numbers, Lusty. Perhaps you misdialed?

No, I tried again and again I was told the number is closed. Would you mind calling them again and ask them how to reach them on email?. An online company simply must have an email address.
