Ah that's very good! My friend's spaghetti monster was in it, he'll be pleased! And I like how it wrapped up with "what to do if the Linden government gets too big for its britches"

Very good video - and positive about SL.

I found the thread of comments interesting, especially someone saying how they tried SL a couple of years ago but gave up after an hour because they were bored!

just finished watching it, very interesting and nice to see that it showed (almost) all sides of SL, from a very positive POV. makes a change.

sadly the comments are along the usual lines of BS from folks putting SL down

I would comment there about how SL totally changed my RL for the much much better

but I won't

I wish there was a way to send Drew a msg/email directly, to thank him for the very nice video (even though most likely he did not write it, he did a good job on the delivery)

Always loved Drew Carey.....used to laugh myself to tears watching "Who's Line is It Anyway".......very very cool that someone with celebrity status is putting some positive spin on SL. LL deserve it.

Nice video, Drew! I like that it simply presents SL as a destination that folks may want to visit, without attempting to pontificate on the merits of SL.

I note with amusement that there is an SL resident named "Drew Carey", with of course a completely blank profile.

Of course, Mr. Carey has been in SL since Nov. 2007 at least, according to Parade Magazine, as reported in Massively:

I hope that Mr. Carey, in whatever avatars he actually DOES use, brings to the grid the spirit of wacko improvisation that he's brought to TV ... SL could stand a little loosening up nowadays!

This is a really good video about Second Life. Well thought out and written by someone who has spent a lot of time in SL. And it's Drew Carey narrating! How awesome is that?
