Have the owner of said mouse leave (TP away). I think your mouse will eventually derez (15 min).

She might be embedded in the floor. Try camming through? Can you see a blue dot on your map? What have you tried so far?

How would I go about "camming through"?
I shut down, went away for awhile, and I even deleted my house and then put it back, but nothing worked.

What about "show objects" in about land. They get a white circle or some such around them.

Wow! You deleted your house! Well do that, and then do what Kira suggested. You should be able to find the little varmint after that, lol. Good Luck, sounds annoying...

If you live on a private island and the owner is the friendly type you might ask them to use their region tools to return it to you. It will return to your lost and found folder...I do that for my tenants when they lose things.

Then there are object finders that sometim work if the item is scripted

That did it....Of course I again deleted my house and the land that I made since I live on the ocean, however, easy enough to fix. I don't even have any furniture yet and I saved my land template.

Man....what a pain in the butt that was.

Thanks to everybody for the help.

Heehee!

Can't help but think the mouse acted exactly how a mouse should. Little bugger!

I would too, but I can't see a dang thing when I do that. When I am flying my chopper I always run into buildings and trees. Maybe I just need a co-pilot - Trout are you out there? Care to put your life in my hands, I am a pilot remember.. "seg"

Since it is squeeking use your beacons and take advantage of the "sound sources" one.

I believe it's in the view menu, beacons, sound sources. This should give you a crosshairs on anything emitting noise. Then you can track it down. =) Good Luck!

Glad you found the mouse.

I'm really just posting because your thread title reminded me that March 2nd is Dr. Suess's birthday. Someone should build a Dr. Suess theme in SL.
