Need help: account re-enabled and now I'm stuck logging in to the welcome area.

Hey all I let my account lapse and paid to re-enable it this afternoon. When I logged in my entire inventory and linden dollars were gone. It was like starting completely over. Anyway everytime I log in now it starts me in the welcome area and asks me to choose male or female etc. When I adjusted my settings to always log in to my home point it didn't work. It says it can't bring me there when I log in and bounces me to the welcome area again. If make changes to my avatar they are lost everytime I log in as well. Can anyone help me to resolve this ?

Unfortunately you are screwed. You need to start over from the beginning. It's one of the perks associated with having a premium account.

Are you Premium again, or did you just re-enable the account as Basic? If the former, you have the option of Live Chat in Support. I've always found them very helpful. :D

As for your stuff, I'm afraid that is lost and gone forever :( (see this thread: /327/cc/346350/1.html).

When you say "the welcome area", what is the name of the sim? Is it a "Help Island" sim?
