I put money in the atm then when i went to buy something i got the usual screen saying the item was bought but i did not receive it and i checked my transaction history and said the money was held.
Why would that happen and what can i do to fix this I do not wish to say the amount But i had bought something not more than 10 mins before this transaction.
I did contact the seller she wont respond to me i even sent her a notecard still no reply, god i hate when sellers will not even answer you soo rude.

It isnt the seller who has the funds, its xstreet, eventually the money is either used to get the item or given back into your xstreet account. The seller may not be inworld to receive your notecard- did you get confirmation it has been received or not? They might be on vacation, or have a heap of other notes to attend to who knows..but either way, youll either get your item or the funds returned

Why not ask on the XStreet forums?

The transaction can be pending for up to two hours while it tries to deliver.
If it fails to deliver then you will have your money refunded.
If your account details tell you it has been delivered but you didn't get it. Lodge a support ticket (down the bottom of the xsl page there's a link in red called support). They'll confirm it didn't get sent/arrive and will redeliver.

I get hundreds of held funds items and have never seen one finalize other than into a failed transaction.. This is due to com errors and the timeout on them is way too long.. I think its 4 hrs or even more.
Best thing is to buy it again if you don't want to wait that long. The boxes can only deliver one item at a time from what I can tell. Maybe they need to work more and censor less over there.

Make sure you are not set in "busy mode" when you make the purchase or it may not deliver your item. Check your lost/found and/or trash folder just in case the item was delivered.
Xstreet merchants are at the mercy of LL and the system. Too much lag may not deliver. Sim down won't deliver but might when it comes back up or might not. If the merchant has the vendor offline uploading products it may not deliver. All the while the merchants do not know items are not delivered.
If you do not receive your purchase in a reasonable time, contact the seller with your transaction information, explain the situation with a request to redeliver the product.

Because items are delivered by a server rather than a human it vanishes rather than going into your inventory and in those cases where you are in busy mode and a human does give you something it goes to trash not lost & found.
