Just noticed that my routing to my home sim has totally changed - used to have lots of 'level3' (IIRC) nodes in there but they're all gone now..

4 19 ms 21 ms 20 ms 444.ge-3-3-0.mpr1.lga3.us.above.net [208.184.48.178]
5 21 ms 23 ms 20 ms ge-2-2-0.mpr1.lga5.us.above.net [64.125.26.161]
6 26 ms 28 ms 26 ms so-0-2-0.mpr1.dca2.us.above.net [64.125.26.97]
7 39 ms 38 ms 37 ms xe-1-1-0.mpr4.atl6.us.above.net [64.125.31.53]
8 38 ms 39 ms 38 ms xe-1-0-0.mpr3.atl6.us.above.net [64.125.31.45]
9 53 ms 53 ms 53 ms ge-2-1-0.mpr4.iah1.us.above.net [64.125.31.50]
10 57 ms 56 ms 57 ms so-1-1-0.mpr2.dfw2.us.above.net [64.125.26.133]
11 57 ms 119 ms 75 ms xe-0-1-0.er2.dfw2.us.above.net [64.125.27.82]
12 65 ms 57 ms 57 ms 64.124.146.2.allocated.above.net [64.124.146.2]
13 58 ms 58 ms 57 ms simXXXX.agni.lindenlab.com [216.82.19.83]

This is directly past my ISP.

Is this news? Anybody know how to tell which colo your sim is hosted in now?

Not sure where above.net fits in, but it might be part of the network changes LL has been making.
Just for Gits and Shiggles tracert a LL sim, like estate services....

I have Charter cable for my primary Internet service, and a DSL backup.
The DSL shows the same path once past my ISP to that sim.

If I'm remembering right, each LL server has two ports, and it used to be that one was dedicated to the VPN and the other to public traffic. It looks like that other port found a new job, huh?
