I recently rented a small parcel and i don't have permissions to subdivide. I wanted to divide the parcel in order to rent out homes. Is there a way to do this without subdivision permissions? I am VERY new to this entire thing, forgive me if i sound like an idiot. Thanks!!

There is a learning curve when it comes to rentals and land in general. Send an IM or a notecard to the owner you are renting from and get their feedback on what they allow. |

Also read the covenant, you may not be allowed to subdivid it.
