Network issues?

Everyone that I know that I can chat with on gmail has crashed.....about seven of us in different regions. I would say there's a problem...although....I'm not an expert.  Can't log back in either...and neither can my friends. |

Christ, again!? It's like every fucking night now...
Yay for awesome service. Thanks for putting up...I don't know, maybe atleast some sort of warning that stuff is bad? What is it this time? "Too much traffic"? "Emergency Maintenance"? "Something unexpected"?
It's become almost routine now...every day I hard lock and crash for no reason atleast twice, regardless of the power I have in my computer and the expensive connection I have to the net. At any given point, attachments stop working and I have to wait an hour and a half for the "attachment failed" notice to try again. Group chat dies half way through, if it even works at all. And almost every night an inability to login for no given reason. Wooooo.
We are all masochists, and LL is holding the whip.

i had noticed connectivity stuttered a few times, then completely died.
looks like its coming back now, for selected areas.

relog works fine takes some times but im in again

ive got a bunch of friends and relatives, we all chat in AIM voice, noticed it started from the west coast of the USA and swept to the east.
theyre telling me that certain parts of the west coast are able to get back in, while im waiting at the logging in screen from the east coast.

Rumor has it that low-requirement versions (i.e. bot runners) can log in just fine due to not needing too much along the lines of resources. Can't confirm, but if this is true, I hope bot farmers burn in hell even more now.

I had trouble logging in and an abysmal connection. Also, as an unrelated issue, my Siggy Swimmer-2 vanished, not just the Hud which I accidentally detatched and which should have gone back to its folder, but the whole folder with all the notecards the landmark, and all the other stuff. That was several hours ago. Right now I'm hoping some kind of parcel return sends it back to me, though how a whole folder could vanish from my inventory is beyond me.
I am walking across Samara and that means a lot of swimming.
