Etopia Prime offers both natural areas, residential and commercial spaces while continuing with the themes of sustainability, education, and community.
Residential units are all 2 story, face the ocean and offer large spaces for 600L per week with 175 prims for you use. That price includes two entire sims to call home with all the activities and facilities for your use. Let me know if you need any help... _____________________

If you're still looking, IM me in-world, I have a 4096 sqm that I want to rent. It has a house, pool, landscaping on it, although I'll be happy to let you use your own house. 937 prims, minus what's being used by the items I put down for you.

A fairly large parcel was recently vacated in Mai Tai Cove. I think it is over 8000 sqm and has a decent amount of prims.

I also have a neighbor who is looking to sell or rent out his two 4096 parcels on Saraluv. (together or seperately) It's a beautiful island sim, very low lag, if any.
IM me in world if you want to check it out. |

I'm not 100% sure, but I think my immediate neighbour at Nuclear was selling their 4096 plot, it might still be for sale.

with the themes of sustainability Recycled prims? Lowering your carbon footprint due to forcing the daytime to night, so it doesn't light up the monitor so much? Sorry, those were flippant - but I am genuinely curious how this is done. _____________________

when i say alot of prims i mean alot of prims so im not getting ripped off about 600 and up prims 600 prims. That fills up so fast. When i think "comfortable" i think 3000 prims with 2000 being barely acceptable to the point of my feeling deprived and unable to even rez something like my dolly collection of 700 prims after all the furniture and various knick-knacks are set out. _____________________
