Well that's your own damn fault. I run SL at max settings with a 1100$ computer i built and am just fine (Windlight)

Don't go buying super expensive computers for a single application dude

To br honest, Tahlia, you're not making it easy for your fellow residents to understand you, and seen to be attacking them out of your frustration with a service outage, rather than actively looking for an answer to your issues.

Compaq Evo N1000c here.

P4 1.8Ghz, 1.5GB Ram, Radeon 7500 32MB dedicated. Max 15 frames a second, but it gets me in world and with later Windlight builds I can actually go shopping some times! Bought it from work for $100.

THough I will grant you my next laptop will likely be a grand and a half or two, but hay, I am sticking with my buisiness grade systems. They tend to last!

Please elaborate. If everything looks red once you've logged on, you may have turned 'show transparent' on by accident. If your seeing red before you log on, I have no clue.

No one here (that I know of) works at LL, we are simply fellow 'users', lol.
