wtf is wrong with these SL assholes? I've been here 5 years, and spent many thousands of dollars in this stupid place. I spend $1200+ per month for my sims, and have not been able to TP to any of my places in two days. I've tried to use live chat, but they've changed it so you can't any more.. No one from SL responds to me. No grid stats reports indicating a problem or anythings.. are they just sitting on their lazy asses doing nothing???? Does anyone have input on this.. I can't contact SL, and my business is being run into the ground?

More info? What does the error message say?

Post a SLurl to your place and someone will likely try to TP there. They can at least, tell you if it's you or everyone trying to go to your sim.

I contacted them only the other day on Live Chat. Presumably you ARE Premium if you're paying all that money. If you're renting from someone else and have only a basic account, then, no, you won't have the Live Chat option; in that case you should contact the sim owner.

Thank you Francesca.. I've talked live chat MANY times over the years.. When it opens now, there is NO chat window, and only a place to enter a ticket number, which... if i enter, it always says INVALID.. I own my sims and pay directly..

You can't open Live Chat from the viewer anymore, only through the website. Did you try the link I posted? Here it is again in clickable format: https://secure-web15.secondlife.com/my/support/?. For the record, my last Live Chat session was about 10 days ago.
