I deposited 500 L into an xstreet terminal, and it never showed up in my sl exchange account...grrr

Do any of the following:
Use the online support ticket form under the HELP tab at the top of your sl ex page
Send an email to: [email]support@xstreetsl.com[/email]
Start a new thread on the sl ex forums under Technical
Do any or all of these and you will get your lindens properly credited.

I tried to tranfer funds from my X-Street account when the grid suddenl;y went down on Monday, sent in a ticket, the money was back in my account last night, they are still keeping up with problems.

Also make sure it was a real Xstreet Terminal and not someones prim pretending to be a terminal. I fell for that when Ginko first opened and lost 5K  |
