I just had an item returned from Xstreet because it broke trademark regs.this was just a small mickey mouse priced item. Are the powers that be cracking down on this sort of stuff...Sl will be a lot lighter in content if they do. I made a couple of changes and it is back out for sale again ,comments on if you think this is allowed please. oops!!! I should not have said Mickey mouse LOL

Disney is notoriously nasty about their copyrights (to the point that I think ol' Walt would be spinning in his grave over the nastiness towards honest folk) so anything remotely Disney is going to be rejected by anyone who knows that, which is pretty much everyone business oriented. As for the beer, that looks fine (and quite inviting) to me.

I expect XStreet have to think about staying clear of legal action which would be costly to defend. Really creators here can't logically expect freedom from copybots and LL to *do* something about content theft and copyright on the one hand, then on the other think it's OK to appropriate someone's RL trademarks and blithely use legally protected images. -- Aes

How about starting up Brickworks, like somebody else suggested, and creating your own original logo for it?
As it stands with that picture, it's still quite recognizable as the Guinness logo, just with a different name. You might be skating on some extremely thin ice there.
Edited to add: I like the sound of Brickworks Brewery too, it's got a nice ring.
