Can anyone help????

Hi guys!

I was on SL last night and exited my screen. When I went back to log on the initial 'logging in' messeages came up but it did not then go to the whole screen but remained minimized. Each time I clicked restore it would flash up to the top of my screen and off out the side somewhere but not open up to full screen. It just remains as a minimize on my bottom bar next to the 'start' button. For some reason it is opening up somewhere but not on my screen.

Any ideas folks?

I have even removed SL from my computer and downloaded the new version but its still doing the same. Never come across this before. Every other programme I have on my PC works fine and opens in the correct window so I know its not that my window size is wrong.

I think I had that problem a long time ago, had to remove the install folder after uninstalling it. The program files one, since it kept the settings there

Also delete the folder under C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Second Life
*User could be somthing different and varies so if you cant find it use the Windows Explorer Search...
Then reinstall

In general, if a window ends up off-screen like that, you can right-click on the taskbar button, select Move from the popup menu and use your arrow keys to move the window back onto the visible part of the screen. Press the Enter key to stop moving it once you can grab it with the mouse.

I deleted the Application Data as suggested for SecondLife.. re installed it and its worked!
