Borked rotation scripts?

Is it me or something with the latest update? Sometimes when I log on, everything that should be spinning is not. Objects I've made that also include a rotation script aren't spinning, but can be taken back into my inventory and re-rezzed to get spinning again. But other people's stuff? Nope can do.

Any suggestions on how to fix on my end or is it SL?

Yeah, I just checked the effing Jira. Sure enough, it's borked, thanks to Havoc 4, I guess. Since my art relies on rotation scripts, I'm kinda screwed, until (if) they fix it. Or is there a new rotation script I need to install in everything?

The rotation script call, llTargetOmega, was broken before Havok 4, it has been for some time, but doesn't always show up. Rotations with it have seemed slower then usual since Havok 4 was implemented.

There are temporary fixes like taking into inventory and rezzing fresh, shift-drag a copy, etc., but these are only temporary and eventually stop again themselves. :^(

Oh yeah-- and when rotation applies to helicopter rotors, it can get wild.

theres a filed jira issue from about a week ago about this, 60 people have voted for it to get resolved, its still unassigned.
