I'm not sure if this is right place to put it i bought some lindins for my rl wilfe as a surprize giift lastnigth i got this mail

but i havent been givein the money at all my tranaction on the sl dont even show it has happening at all but my paypal say that it was compleated does any one know what i can do i have a basic acount so i cant contact the lindins about this

Whilst we are seeing some resident L$ purchases being successfully applied, the LindeX buy and sell difficulties are continuing. Please avoid buying or selling any L$ at this time. For the time being please refrain from using the LindeX to place L$ buy or sell orders. We continue our efforts to resolve this issue and apologize for any inconvenience.

We are looking into reports from residents who have experienced difficulties trying to use the LindeX to buy and sell L$. It is still safe to make resident to resident L$ payments from within Second Life, but for the time being please avoid placing any buy or sell orders from our website or within Second Life.

I'd give it a few hours and see if it 'catches up.' If not, you could try one of the Support Portal options. You CAN call one of the phone numbers listed for Billing.

Last night, early this morning Linden sent out a message saying not to buy Lindens because they were having problems of some sort.

Now, did you relog? At times what you buy Lindens it doesn't come up right away and relogging does the trick. Go back and check after you relog.

I didn't understand what you said about the transaction but go to your account and then to transaction and see what it says, if you received it or not.

The only thing would be to call them by phone. By phone takes forever but if you wait you can talk to someone and they might be able to help you out. Forget about sending in a ticket, that's nothing but a waste of time.

Also try, if your Lindens disappear, getting someone to pay you 1L. This will force your balance through.

Might not be appropriate in this case but handy to know when you go WTF? Where's my money??!?!

Logging also helps.

You can also pay yourself L$1 if you have it. (What this does is to force your client to pay attention to your L$ balance on the server.)
